BICC Outreach Programs

BICC sponsors outreach programs that include the Food Pantry on Sundays from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Serving the Community Without Discrimination

BICC started the Sunday Food Pantry Program in May 2019 and followed it with the Sunday Soup Kitchen Program at the end of August 2019.

The Food Pantry now serves more than 1,600 families from the Greater Bridgeport area and nearby communities including Stamford, Norwalk, Stratford, Ansonia, Danbury, the Greater New Haven area, and Branford.

Both programs continued during the COVID-19 pandemic without interruption. BICC serves guests of any ethnic or religious background without discrimination, and the guest base continues to expand.
